convenient location clean room helpful staff
the location was convenient near multiple metro stops the room was clean and well maintained it had a double room the staff at the front desk offered helpful directions and recommendations for local restaurants
the room i had faced the street and experienced some early morning noise

helpful staff convenient kettle small bathroom short cord
the staff proved nice. they offered assistance promptly. the room included a kettle. this was convenient for preparing tea at any time.
the bathroom was smaller than anticipated. the hairdryer needed to be plugged in near the bed, not in the bathroom. the light fixture interfered with the short cord. this made it quite difficult to use.

thin walls limited breakfast
The walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, it was not ideal when i was trying to sleep. also, the breakfast selection felt limited. I wished there were more options.

peeling paint audible noise
the staff was friendly. the location was close to a metro station.
my room faced the interior courtyard, but it was smaller than expected. the bathroom had some peeling paint (minor, but still noticeable). the noise from adjacent rooms was audible, especially when plumbing was used.

Fantastic Stay! Central Location and Friendly Staff
excellent room street view convenient location friendly staff
I appreciated the room size. It was a Superior Double Room. The room had a lovely view of the street. The hotel is close to metro stations and a vibrant neighborhood. The staff was friendly and available. I found it very convenient.
I could hear plumbing noises from the room above at times.

The staff was super helpful, especially Jose who went out of his way to find an umbrella. Communication was clear, and I felt very welcome. The team always had a smile and seemed eager to assist.

The continental breakfast was great. There was much variety to choose from. It set me up well for my days exploring the city. It really was quite abundant!!!
